How can I purchase?

You can order directly here in our online shop. Simply add your favourite products to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Please leave all necessary information so that your order arrives safely.


How can I pay?

We currently accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, direct debit and prepayment.


How does the payment work?

We work together with the payment provider Stripe - he is responsible for all communication during the payment process, naturally via an encrypted and secure connection.


When will my credit card be charged?

In order to process your order quickly and without delay, your credit card will be charged immediately after placing the order.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order has not left our warehouse, you can change or cancel your order. Please contact us to find out the status of your order and to let us know if you wish to make any changes.


Which countries does EASE ship to?

Currently we ship to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, Sweden, Spain, Switzerland, The United Kingdom, USA and Canada.


How much does the shipping cost?

For shipping within Germany we charge a flat rate of 10€ for other countries within the EU we charge 15€. The shipping fee for countries outside the EU is 40€.


How long does shipping take?

We process all orders within 1 to 3 days, then our shipping partner needs another 1 to 2 days for shipping to you within Germany, 4 days to Switzerland. For other countries within the EU it might take a little longer, depending on your location. For optional premium shipping within 4 days, please get in touch with us.


How do returns work?

You want to exchange an undamaged and unused EASE product? No problem: Within 14 days of receipt of the package, an exchange is possible. Please contact us in advance - we will make the process as easy as possible for you. Please note that we do not refund the return shipping costs. After a positive check of the goods we will transfer the amount back to your account.


What can I do if I have received a damaged product?

Please check the product as soon as you receive it. Damaged products will of course be taken back and replaced or refunded. In any case, please contact our customer service beforehand.
